It gives us great pleasure to announce that we have chosen the recipients of our annual scholarship award. This year, three bright, determined, and goal oriented young people will attend college with the assistance of the Jeff Galloway Scholarship Fund. They are Natalie and Desiree Font, of Mastic, NY and Joseph L. Indusi, of Port Jefferson, NY. Natalie and Desiree are sisters – Natalie is pursuing a career in teaching, and Desiree wants to be a child psychologist. Joseph’s future goal is to get his Master’s degree in social work.

As you can see, each one of them is interested in helping to improve the world around them – to “Pay It Forward”.

ROTHCO is very proud of our scholarship program. We now have a total of 8 recipients, with goals ranging from Sportscaster to Attorney, and we have no doubt that each and every one of them will succeed with our support, and the support of their families.

Education and mentoring and sponsorship of our youth are favorite causes here at ROTHCO. We enjoy watching our local youth succeed, and we feel especially rewarded with the belief that we are, in some way, responsible for that success.

ROTHCO’s scholarship program targets local, Long Island youth, who have overcome some significant obstacle in completing their secondary education, and who might otherwise be unable to attend college. It is our most heartwarming program, and we are honored to participate in helping these young people reach their goals.
