Dealer Spotlight Headquarters

With our next Dealer Spotlight, we take a trip to Headquarters Army Navy Store.  Inspired by their love of military gear and coming from military families’ owners Kevin Perkins, Terry Devane, Alan Devane and Robert Hunt founded Headquarters Army Navy Store over 30 years ago. Headquarters has two locations in Florida, one in Tampa and another store located about 20 miles down the road in Brandon, Florida.

The Army-Navy store carries a wide variety of new and used military gear, as well as outdoor, paintball and airsoft supplies. Their typical customer ranges from military personnel and law enforcement to college students and costume studios for TV and movies. This past November, they even had the opportunity to fulfill a defense contractor bid and supply 50 Softshell Jackets to contractors overseas in Afghanistan.

Camo clothing is one of the hottest items on their shelves right now as well as boots and other military apparel. Kevin and the other owners make it a point to listen to their customer’s feedback and modify their inventory based on their customer needs. Hurricane survival supplies is also a common request of Headquarters customers, given their location in Florida.
