Eligibility

• Open to U.S. residents in the 48 contiguous states only.
• Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and international consumers.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees, affiliates, resellers, and immediate family members of Rothco are not eligible.
• For retail sales only. Wholesale Dealers cannot enter the Giveaway.

How to Enter

• Visit https://www.rothco.com/campaign/rothco-reloaded-giveaway and fill out and submit the form.
• No purchase necessary.
• Only one (1) entry per person.
• All required fields on the entry form must be completed. Incomplete entries will be void.
• Starts: May 16,2025
• Entries must be submitted by June 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

The winner will receive their choice of color and size of the following items:

Prize Conditions:

• Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Rothco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once shipped.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected on June 17, 2025.
• Notification will be sent via email or direct message. Please note that @rothco_brand is our official Instagram account. If you receive messages from any other accounts, they are not affiliated with us.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• By entering, participants agree that Rothco may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Rothco reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules.
• Rothco may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
