Eligibility

• Open to U.S. residents in the 48 contiguous states only.
• Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and international consumers.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees, affiliates, non-approved resellers, and immediate family members of Rothco are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

• Visit https://www.rothco.com/cms/america-250-giveaway and fill out and submit the form.
• No purchase necessary.
• Only one (1) entry per person.
• All required fields on the entry form must be completed. Incomplete entries will be void.
• Starts: June 4, 2026
• Entries must be submitted by July 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Large M-65 Field Jacket featuring original hand-painted artwork including a bald eagle, Statue of Liberty, and American flag design.

The jacket awarded will be the exact jacket shown in promotional email and social media content. A custom or recreated jacket will not be produced for the winner. Due to the customization, only size large in Khaki is available.

Prize Conditions:

• Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize jacket is intended solely as a commemorative promotional item and may not be resold, auctioned, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Rothco.
• Rothco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once shipped.
• Prize will only be shipped within the contiguous United States.

Care Instructions:

Due to the hand-painted artwork, the jacket should be handled with care. Machine washing or drying is not recommended, as it will damage the painted design. Spot cleaning or gentle handwashing is recommended only when necessary. The item is intended primarily for decorative use and is not recommended for regular wear.

Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected on July 10, 2026.
• Notification will be sent via email or direct message. Please note that @rothco_brand is our official Instagram account. If you receive messages from any other accounts, they are not affiliated with us.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• By entering, participants agree that Rothco may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Rothco reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules.
• Rothco may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants release Rothco from any liability related to their participation or the prize.
